Company History
Print Avenue was founded in 1981 by Mark Zimmer. He had a
vision to produce high quality corporate identity products on quick turnaround and
with exceptional personal service. Mark believed Print Avenue would have a competitive
edge over large national providers that would take two to three weeks to deliver
product.
As a commercial offset printer, Print Avenue used thermography,
embossing, foil-stamping and die-cutting to meet the needs of our corporate identity
clients. In 1987, Print Avenue acquired Southwest Engraving to add engraving to
its list of capabilities.
As technology evolved, Print Avenue kept pace. We were one
of the earliest adopters of web-based solutions. In 1997, we introduced e-avenue,
our online ordering system, allowing our clients to order corporate identity and
sales collateral materials via the web.
Today, Print Avenue is a leader in the printing industry by
providing technology-based solutions. We continue to adhere to our client-focused
philosophy and attribute our success to client loyalty and satisfaction.
Our foundation remains corporate identity. However, our services have expanded over
the years to include data management, web development, direct mail, one-to-one marketing, variable
data solutions, project management, call center services, and fulfillment.
